users is for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use,
such as "harvesting" e-mail addresses for advertising (i.e.
spamming), will be aggressively challenged. Under 47 USC 227 and
related law, retaliatory action includes, but is not limited to: (1) a
formal grievance filed with violators' service and upstream providers,
(2) a critical report filed with the Better Business Bureau and any
identifiable related trade organizations, (3) posting of public

the right to cancel and delete any member and its membership from the
www.emailradar.com at its discretion, with or without an explanation
and notice.

- Uses
the term "member" to refer to a person who wants to register
her/his old and new emails, and use any other available services only.
(A "member" is a "user" with a login id.)
- Makes
no warranty that the data made available through www.emailradar.com is
accurate or up to date.
- Accepts
no liability for the misuse of the information made available through
www.emailradar.com, even if www.emailradar.com has been previously
advised of the possibility of such misuse.
- Reserves
the right to modify or amend “terms of use” & "legal
notice" at any time at its own discretion.
- Reserves
the right to modify or amend any page, any
in its website at any time at its own discretion.
- Does
not accept any responsibility resulted from failure(s) of the hosting
company servers’ up and running condition.
- Under
no circumstances, can not be held responsible and liable for any kind

Any user who disagrees with any further

inactivate/cancel his/her membership.
Users/Members can delete
all data they entered to database including membership information any
time through the member center. Members who delete all their data
including their membership contact emails do inactivate/cancel their
memberships automatically.
